We've a basement room in a shared house that we're looking to fill. It's a great location, close to mall, lcbo and several busstops. There's a cat. It's 295/month plus utilities, so it generally works out to an average of 360 or so per month alltogether. Looking for someone wanting the place for a year or longer, though will consider shorter. Laundry facilities, parking, fully equipped kitchen
